To organize documents, Yukawa used this envelope sent to him at the address of the School of Science, Osaka Imperial University. The envelope contained the manuscript (OU1937-C7) of the general review, “Theory of Slow Neutrons (II),” submitted to the Journal of the Physical and Mathematical Society of Japan, as well as its first draft and trial print.
