This is a draft of the manuscript of the paper, “On the Theory of Collision of Neutrons with Deuterons” (Proc. Phys.-Math. Soc. Japan 19, 542-551 (1037)), co-authored by Yukawa and Shoichi Sakata. There are some typed sections, but many parts are handwritten. The first page (page 5) of the draft is written in the empty space on the first page of section 4 of a previously written manuscript and contains the title and abstract. Pagination was changed quite a bit. The figures on pages 1 to 4 are supposed to have been attached to the lecture manuscript. The original drawings are created very carefully.
