The 43rd Colloquium: “Neutron Interactions with Nuclei”

OU1935-B10 (12 pages) Date: January 31, 1935

In this paper, Yukawa organized the contents of the lecture to be given in the 43rd Colloquium, “Neutron Reactions with Nuclei.” He tried to comprehensively grasp the interaction between neutrons and atomic nuclei. He also summarized the theories pertaining to the scattering caused by neutrons, absorption of neutrons, and release of neutrons. On the last page, there is a space for writing his conclusion, but it is blank. Yukawa must have had formed his conclusion in his head.
